Philippine Real Estate Systems, Inc. was founded with the initial aim of providing the members of the Philippine Association of Realtors Boards, Inc. or PAREB with the venue in the Internet to publish their property listings. As we are redesigning the software, we thought of providing also the banks and other financial institutions the venue to publish globally their acquired assets or foreclosed properties. Eventually, we will cater to all real estate related industries.

The subscribers (Realtors, banks, developers, asset managers, etc.) can access the systems by using their UserIDs and passwords. When online, they can interactively publish their properties. Within seconds, their properties will be on the Net.

The Incorporators and members of the Board of Directors are all REALTORS, thus, they know the business, unlike other webhost real estate systems do not have any REALTOR or licensed real estate professional in their organization. 

The five members of the Board of Directors have a combined active real estate experience totaling about 100 years, even if they are also active in other industries. One member is the president of one of the top twenty internet service providers in the country. Another member is the president of a rural bank, a plus in terms of dealing with foreclosed properties. A real estate broker, developer, builder, and owner of five business establishments is also a part of the team. A real estate broker, geophysicist, and IT consultant is at the helm of the company. The chairman of the board has been in the real estate brokerage, consultancy and development for some 30 years. 

They all share a common goal: to help the growth of the real estate industry in the Philippines.
